Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization and related products.
  • Performing risk assessments: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
  • Performing a risk evaluation for existing and new products. Responsible for product due-diligent before launch.
  • Creating business continuity plans to limit risks
  • Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Reviewing any new major contracts, internal business proposals or customer communication contents.
  • Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • A degree in the following subjects:
  • Risk Management
  • Management or Business Studies
  • Finance or Economics
  • Law
  • Analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to understand broader business issues
  • Communication and presentation skills
