Responsibilities
- Handle daily counter transactions (including cash deposits/withdrawals, bill acceptance, transfers, time deposits, remittance services, etc.), customer enquiries and internal documentation at branches
- Conduct product selling and client referral as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Customer-centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
