Chief Digital Strategy and Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional business management to manage multi-year transformation initiatives in artificial intelligence and process management
  • Transform and lead the bank into “data as asset” culture and identify new business opportunities with data driven approach, measure the performance and feedback for improvement
  • Champion the use of data analytics to complement decision making capabilities and collaborate with business lines to drive profitability strategy and roadmap

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines and/or professional banking qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experiences in leader position; possess solid experience in digital transformation project management, data management and analytics strategy with proven track records to drive and deliver analytics vision, innovation and transformation for impactful business results
  • Versed with the best practices of data governance; capable of providing professional advice to ensure data governance of our bank aligned with industry standard
  • Experienced in applying advanced analytics and GenAI on data/contents such as machine learning predictive models, large language model etc, to deliver tangible business outcome
  • Possess excellent leadership and ability to manage different professional stakeholders, and build up rapport with stakeholders and customers
  • Understand typical digital working methodologies (Agile/Lean Startup/Design Thinking)
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
