Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the group's brand strategy to assist in planning and formulating action plans for new media projects, continuously enhancing brand awareness.
  • Provide planning for new media projects to further expand the reach of our brand, products, and services.
  • Design and produce new media contents, videos, etc., ensuring that content is professional and meets quality standards.
  • Work effectively with suppliers on responsible projects to ensure their products or services meet professional standards.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of new media campaigns, providing timely feedback to improve promotion efficiency.
  • Plan the budget for responsible projects reasonably and manage the projects effectively.
  • Integrate the scheduling of key projects from various business units to ensure effective new media promotion of our key business areas.
  • If serving as a team leader or project leader, guide the relevant team/project members.

 

  Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably major in New Media, Marketing and Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in new media, marketing communications, new media campaigns  
  • Strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
