Senior Project Manager (HR Management – Bank-wide Operation Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Implements HR strategies according to the Group strategies and policies
  • Provide professional advice and services to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development.
  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, manage and execute full spectrum of HR functions including staff development, training, budgeting, manpower planning, performance management, corporate culture, etc.
  • Formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Align with the Bank's policies on regional operations, to perform effective line and regional management
  • Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
  • Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ experience in project management and 5 years’ in human resources from banking industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
