Job Responsibilities:

• Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business and platform activeness.
• Strategic planning- translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects.
• Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to meet the user requirements and grow the business.
• Work across various teams and stakeholders to develop features and optimize user flows that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

• Exhibits sound product management experience, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading product development, and project management.
• Experience managing people and building culture.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 8 years’ experience in product development or project management. And experience of leadership role in Finance, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
