Responsibilities:
- Perform on daily accounting, financial operations and annual financial budget
- Assist in the completion of the annual financial report
- Assist in formulating work policies, work procedures and work rules for company operation management
- Review/ draft annual work plans, work progress and summary reports for operations and administrative work
- Work closely with relevant business units to review the work process from time to time. Summarize the experience of various inspection projects, put forward early warning and improvement suggestions
- Provide all-round administrative support for the front line, especially the timely processing of financial statement
- Closely communicate with front-line personnel, compliance, anti-money laundering, operational risk, investment and other relevant unit personnel
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines, preferably with qualification in CPA
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good technical knowledge in accounting, auditing and taxation standards in Hong Kong (preferably also in Mainland China);
- Good communication skills, good comprehensive analysis, coordination and negotiation ability
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
