Operation Manager - AMC

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on daily accounting, financial operations and annual financial budget
  • Assist in the completion of the annual financial report
  • Assist in formulating work policies, work procedures and work rules for company operation management
  • Review/ draft annual work plans, work progress and summary reports for operations and administrative work
  • Work closely with relevant business units to review the work process from time to time. Summarize the experience of various inspection projects, put forward early warning and improvement suggestions
  • Provide all-round administrative support for the front line, especially the timely processing of financial statement
  • Closely communicate with front-line personnel, compliance, anti-money laundering, operational risk, investment and other relevant unit personnel
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines, preferably with qualification in CPA
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good technical knowledge in accounting, auditing and taxation standards in Hong Kong (preferably also in Mainland China);
  • Good communication skills, good comprehensive analysis, coordination and negotiation ability
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
