Responsibilities:
- Support the team on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, employee relations and other HR matters
- Participate in assigned HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines, with HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance
- Good team player with an open mindset
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
