HR Business Partner (6-month Contract)

Responsibilities:     

  • Support the team on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, employee relations and other HR matters
  • Participate in assigned HR projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines, with HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance
  • Good team player with an open mindset
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
