Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administrative work and documentation for the department
  • Handle overall file management and office equipment maintenance
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma Holder or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
