Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise among business and IT units to ensure requirements are well defines and properly implemented.
- Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation effectively
- Assisting in the management of IT projects across the bank, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitoring IT Budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Preparing and presenting IT project status reports to leadership teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Detailed oriented with solid soft skills to balance technical and business requirements.
- Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong documentations skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and project deliverables.
- Good command of both written and spoken English with Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Solid experience in word, excel and power point
