Senior/ Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive human resources operational excellence and support business goals
  • Provide advisory services on talent management, performance and employee development
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent and build robust talent pipelines
  • Lead and manage talent review and succession planning processes
  • Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
  • Promote the Bank of China Talent branding through effective channels
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics with insightful management reporting
  • Champion corporate culture initiatives and drive employee engagement programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or related field is preferred
  • Strong HR advisory and stakeholder management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Proven experience in talent management and L&D practices
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
