(Assistant/Deputy) Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - Staff Relations Division

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor(s) in handling and implementing various tasks in accordance with the Bank's strategies and HR management policies
  • Assist in the development and organization of staff recreation activities / voluntary services for the Group
  • Implement employee caring measures, promote the corporate culture etc. to enhance employee’s sense of belonging and corporate harmony

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong organization and coordination skills, experience in organizing staff activities and voluntary services is preferred.
  • Have good time management skills. Responsible and customer-centric. Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
