Job Description
1. Develop the business model with the innovative technology in order to enhance the customer journey and experience
2. Analyse user requirements and collaborate with IT to conduct the feasibility study
3. Design the process flow in the digital platform to enhance the customer experience
4. Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives
5. Formulate system requirements and support UAT in Agile environment
Job Requirement
1. Degree or above with major in e-Commerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, Event Management or related disciplines
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
4. Shows creativity and problem-solving ability
5. Excellent communication skill and with team-work spirit
6. Have can-do attitude and willing to the extra mile
