Contract Staff - Learning & Talent Development

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain learning platforms
  • Track training participation, manage enrolments, and monitor learner engagement, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and accessibility
  • Assist different teams in the overall management of various talent development projects in an end-to-end manner
  • Data analysis、training materials development
  • Handle training administrations, logistics and prepare relevant reports
  • Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes would be an advantage
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
