Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the Database environment. Provide 24x7 supports for Database System.
- Design and implement scalable database architectures on cloud/open platforms.
- Manage and optimize Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, GaussDB, OceanBase, TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Document database designs, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ year proven experience with Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, GaussDB, OceanBase, TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis is preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively.
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience working with financial industry and understand the technical architecture of banking systems is preferred.
