Job Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate finance engagements including loan syndication, acquisition finance, projects finance and other structured products across a number of our Asian branches. Provide products improvement and development proposals, and actively explore new financial products and market.
- Perform credit analysis (including cash flow projection) and market analysis regarding syndication/underwriting risks, structure and negotiate financing terms.
- Prepare information memorandum/package and negotiate loan documentation.
- Support team development, and new business development/origination.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- 4 years or above working experiences in Corporate Finance in Banks or well-established financial institutions, preferably with exposures in ASEAN countries.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Asian language skills would be preferred however are not essential.
- Willing to travel to ASEAN Countries.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
