Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of digital financial products and platforms and AI tools, collaborate with internal project managers, the regulatory team, and external service providers, lead product design and planning in digital transformation projects, formulate system requirements, provide business advice and financial assessments, and promote the orderly development of the platform
- Be aware of industry portfolio analysis tool trends and technological developments, and be able to provide innovative suggestions for projects; maintain good and effective communication with relevant units, exchange opinions with stakeholders, and maintain good interactive and cooperative relationships
- Optimize the customer experience of online platforms, plan and implement personal mobile/online banking customer experience and journey design (UX Design), improve interface and visual style design (UI Design), track customer behavior, analyze customer journey maps and personas, and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure that relevant products and services comply with legal and regulatory requirements; assist in formulating business operation processes and policies in accordance with the bank's overall strategy and risk management framework
- Monitor and manage project progress, and regularly report progress to superiors and management
- In line with the development direction of the fund and bond business division, extend business expansion experience to Southeast Asia
- Effectively collaborate with other bank departments, sales units, and other business development and support units, maintaining efficient communication
- Continuously optimize business operation processes, sales platforms, and transaction channels; promptly address and respond to customer/sales staff feedback/complaints to improve service quality
Requirements:
- University degree or above (major: Business Administration or banking-related subjects preferred)
- At least 10 years of work experience in banking or fund management companies, product management experience preferred
- Capable of building digital financial products and platforms/planning investment portfolio analysis tools; able to propose innovative suggestions from a comprehensive business perspective and considering industry trends; able to translate business needs into product solutions preferred
- Holders of financial professional qualifications (such as CFA, FRM) or investment disciplines preferred
- Possess knowledge of fund management and various investment products; familiar with regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.; prior experience in system enhancement projects
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), able to handle communication with Southeast Asian teams
