Credit Card Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to execute the development strategies of credit card business, including managing customer segments, expanding multi-channel of card issuance, and coordinating cross-selling activities with relevant units to enhance active cross-sell ratio and market penetration rate
  • Design and implement initiatives to acquire new customers and stimulate spending from existing cardholders. Develop strategies for brand building and promotional campaigns to drive credit card usages and achieve business goals
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with different business units to jointly market high potential co-branded card customers, thereby expanding customer contribution
  • Assist in designing incentive reward programs and products training for frontline staff
  • Follow up on internal and external coordination and frontline communication to ensure smooth promotion execution, and handle daily inquiries related to credit card promotions
  • Maintain and manage credit card products while defining product features, establishing merchant partnerships and developing marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to enhance service delivery and execute promotion campaigns. Handle customer inquiries related to credit card promotions and assist in monitoring expenses and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Conduct analysis of customers’ card usage behavior, liaise with Credit Risk Department to provide timely recommendations and adjust credit limit allocations accordingly
  • Assist in driving business innovation initiatives, developing customer segmentation models for effective resources allocation, and enhancing business performance through diversified promotional channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in credit card promotions and product management
  • Familiar with credit card business operations and functions of different departments
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
