Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on the Bank’s performance by collaborating with various business units, identify key financial drivers, highlight areas of concern, and uncover growth opportunities to support decision-making for Management and the Board.
• Formulate the annual financial budget for assigned Personal Banking units, and proactively track performance against targets to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Perform regular peer and industry analysis to monitor market trends and benchmark competitors' performance, providing insights and recommendations for Management.
• Monitor and analyze global financial market developments, evaluate potential impacts on the Bank's portfolio and propose strategic initiatives to mitigate risks or seize market opportunities.
• Drive workflow automation and digital transformation to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines, professional qualification in CPA and CFA will be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in the banking or financial industry. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Management Reporting Manager
• Strong analytical capabilities with a critical mindset, proven ability to interpret complex financial data with strong business acumen
• Excellent report-writing skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
• Self-motivated and innovative, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in using MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
