Responsibilities:
- Develop the long-term & short-term business strategies for Personal Banking sector. Implement the strategies among corresponding business units to ensure the achievement of overall objectives.
- Conduct analysis and prepare relevant reports for management's review.
- Review polices and procedures regularly
- Coordinate the corporate governance issues and relevant matters with affiliated entities.
- Perform due diligence for project proposals and documents, monitor the cost usage and conduct self-inspections exercise.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirement:
- Degree holder or above majoring in Business Administration/Finance/ Economics/ Statistic/ Marketing or related disciplines.
- 3 years’ or above relevant experience in banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills and critical mindset.
- Be a good team player, self-motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
