Business Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the long-term & short-term business strategies for Personal Banking sector. Implement the strategies among corresponding business units to ensure the achievement of overall objectives. 
  • Coordinate and formulate financial budget and KPI. 
  • Conduct income analysis, cost-benefit analysis and rolling forecasts, monitor the progress of financial plan and budget performance.
  • Review financial and management reporting including financial performance analysis, peer comparison and financial forecast. 
  • Coordinate the corporate governance issues and relevant matters with affiliated entities.
  • Perform due diligence for project proposals and documents, monitor the cost usage and conduct self-inspections exercise.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above majoring in Business Administration/Finance/ Economics/ Statistic/ Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 3 years’ or above relevant experience in management reporting / financial planning and budgeting in banking sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical mindset.
  • Be a good team player, self-motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua will be a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
