Human Resources Manager (Policies and Project Management):

Responsibilities:

  • Devise, review and refine human resources policies and practices based on changes in human resources related laws, regulations and market practices;
  • Lead, coordinate and implement various human resources projects and initiatives. Communicate and maintain close relationship with external consultants and internal clients.
  • Draft and prepare various HR analytics or ad hoc reports;
  • Participate in internal communication initiatives, including staff opinion survey and corporate culture building, etc,
  • Review and foster the adoption of human resources related policies and practices in local, mainland China, and Southeast Asian subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant discipline preferred.
  • 8 years working experience in human resources management is preferred, and preferably in banking / financial industry. Experience in developing human resources policies is a plus.
  • Well versed with statutory and compliance requirements including “Employment Ordinance” and other human resources relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong SAR. Knowledge in human resources management in PRC and Southeast Asia is a plus.
  • Detailed oriented, possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing. Familiar with HR technology, people analytics, data visualization, graphic design and experience in using python, tableau, Power BI would be an advantage.
