Business Development Manager (Card Portfolio)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute credit card loan portfolio growth strategies to achieve KPIs and business targets.
  • Develop and implement product strategies for card loan features including marketing programs, customer segmentation, personalized pricing and new initiatives for card lending products.
  • Work closely with different channels to enhance campaign effectiveness and productivity, maximizing business profitability and market shares.
  • Engage internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaigns implementation, channel effectiveness, operational accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
  • Drive digital initiatives to improve customer targeting, optimize end-to-end digital journeys and onboarding, and design e-Channel specific incentive programs to increase digital sales contribution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with data analytic team to define target segments, conduct portfolio analysis and leverage data insights for card loan product development.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and increase market competitiveness.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above;
  • More than 5 years’ experience in Banking / Finance is preferred (ideally in credit card, loan on card / unsecured lending);
  • Digital mindset, great sense of ownership and attentive to details;
  • Self-motivated, strong marketing and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good at using English / Chinese Word Processing tools
