Responsibilities:

• Assist product manager in conducting product due diligence during new product development and existing product enhancement in compliance with the Bank policy, to ensure all relevant risks are fully evaluated and mitigated during the product due diligence process.
• Responsible for the regular and ad hoc tasks / projects in relation to compliance risk, operational risk, reputational risk and AML risk management of the division.
• Monitor and ensure cash management products, businesses, and processes are in compliance with the latest regulations, internal Bank policies and procedures.  Develop departmental compliance management manual, monitoring tools and mechanism whenever necessary to facilitate the management.
• Provide first line compliance advice to the division.
• Facilitate the audit / review by internal and external audit, consultant and second line of defense within the Bank, ensure timely completion of various audit remediation actions.
• Strengthen and promote risk and control culture within the division.
• As the divisional level compliance representative, assist in completing various risk and control projects / tasks at departmental level. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 5 years or above banking experience of which 3 years in compliance or regulatory fields.
• Experience in Cash Management and Corporate Banking services is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Manager.
