(Deputy / Senior) Business Strategy Manager, Global Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

  • ESG strategy & implementation: Formulate and implement Corporate Segment’s ESG strategy in alignment with the Bank’s ESG development direction.
  • Green and sustainable finance solutions: (i) Tailor comprehensive green and sustainable finance solutions, and (ii) design and promote new ESG-related products based on client requirements.
  • ESG advisory & research: Provide strategic recommendations to frontline on latest market trends and regulatory changes. 
  • Project management & coordination: Act as project manager for Corporate Segment’s ESG initiatives, liaising with different internal or external parties for implementation. 
  • Data management & reporting: Compile and analyze ESG business data to support the growth of ESG business.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance or related discipline is preferred.
  • 5 years or above working experience in financial / business sectors,  with focus in business planning or consultancy or strategy related field.
  • Previous experience in corporate banking frontline or ESG-related roles within the financial sector would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ESG-related policies, principles and market trends.
  • A change agent and excellent team player.
  • Excellent analytic, organizing and interpersonal skills.
  • Be familiar with both Hong Kong and Mainland China working practice and culture.
  • Excellent Chinese writing skills, good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Deputy Business Strategy Manager.
