Marketing Manager (Personal banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies and annual plans for Personal Banking, with regular reviews to support overall business goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external media/advertising and PR agencies to develop integrated marketing and communication strategies to support brand and marketing objectives
  • Plan and organize customer engagement and promotional activities to strengthen client relationships and enhance product profitability and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with various product/ segment managers to ensure effective delivery of marketing messages to customers, driving awareness and sales performance
  • Develop and manage content for digital channels, social media, and external communications to support marketing objectives
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to build strategic alliances to expand the customer base and meet marketing objectives
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and controlling project expenses
  • Conduct market and media analysis, track industry trends, and evaluate campaign performance
  • Provide support on administrative and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, PR, or banking industry.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, promotions, social media, corporate communications and brand management, with practical experience in one or more areas. Experience of personal banking and wealth management products and services, cross-border segment and high-net-worth segment is an advantage.
  • Strong market sense with the ability to respond to market trends and industry practices; creative thinking and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Excellent project management and execution skills. Independent, excellent analytical and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operations. Good problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Marketing Manager
