Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive business strategies and implementation plans to help exploring business opportunities from South East Asia segment as well as Family Office in order to support business goals in private banking business.
- Strengthen collaborations with internal business units and/ or external stakeholders for building up an effective business referral model.
- Plan and execute business plans and promotion activities for client referrals from all stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities for business development to achieve the designated business goals and objectives, including business targets and market shares.
- Closely connect with South East Asia market to keep abreast of market intelligence from respective markets for private banking business.
- Assist to devise the collaboration strategies with various markets by analyzing reports as well as onsite visits.
Requirements
- Degree or above.

At least 3 years solid working experience.

Interpersonal skills - communicating effectively and provide value adding advice to others, influencing effectively.

Ability to analyze situations, prioritize and implement processes effectively.

Fluent speaking in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable.
