Responsibilities:
- Participate in system user requirement discussion, collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify defects and potential risk/ issues, and refine user requirement documentation
- Formulate test plan, test approach, test scenarios, and test cases based on user requirements and system functional specifications; prepare test accounts and configure testing environments; lead the development of automated test scripts; and execute both manual and automated test cases
- Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, production validation, and trial runs to validate system quality for product process enhancements and system optimization projects
- Accurately document, report, track, and verify test results; coordinate with development teams to prioritize, track and resolve system defects, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Support user training, provide testing assistance, and prepare relevant operational guidelines and instructional materials
- Assist in managing key systems to support continuous operational improvement; maintain user access rights and update knowledge database
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banks, large technology companies and consultant companies
- Strong understanding of advance digital working methodologies including agile, lean, value stream mapping and design thinking
- Proficient in automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, or Katalon
- Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, Six Sigma professional qualification is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to manage and build up rapport with professional and different level of business and technology stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
