Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Attainment of IIQE papers 1, 2 and 3 is a must.
  • Attainment of HKSI papers 1, 7 and 8 will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in direct sales, customer services or related roles in retail banking or financial institutions is required. Candidates with 1 year or above relevant experience will definitely be an advantage.
  • Customer centric, self-motivated and resilient under pressure.
  • Eager to learn, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is a plus.
