Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, financial budget, financial forecast and related financial analysis in accordance with internal guidelines and polices
- Conduct treasury management, including bank account opening and maintenance, cash management, ect.
- Manage banking relationships and associated matters
- Post-investment management of company’s proprietary investment that related to finance team’s responsibility
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting information.
- Financial analysis and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of solid accounting/financial work experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- CPA,CFA holder are preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
