Key Responsibilities
- Support data quality checking, validation and data updates.
- Support operational process of the closure of personal and corporate accounts, or the termination of customer relationships in accordance with AML requirements and instructions from relevant parties.
- Participate in process enhancement, system testing, data collection, and other AML related projects.
- Support the account opening risk assessment and monitoring for new customer on-boarding .
- Comply with internal and regulatory requirements relating to confidentiality, personal data protection and information security.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in frontline / back office operation in Banking / Finance industry.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and be able to manage numerous information and achieve the tight deadline.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proficient in computer software operations (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, etc.)is preferred.
