Responsibilities:
Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
Support day-to-day talent acquisition activities of the Bank by championing the liaison work with line departments
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
Handle visa applications, pensions, insurances and benefits administration
Provide clerical support to personnel & administration function
Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
Ensure the proper execution of initiatives related to organization structure and job title system
Study and analyze industry trends and market practices to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders across HR and the bank, build credible relationships and collaborate on decisions and recommendations
Requirements:
Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management gained from banking industry, with extensive exposures in bank-wide projects preferred
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong foundation of writing expertise with extensive experience in proposal and policy writing
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
