• Facilitates discussion across Business, Operation and Technology departments, able to translate to flow diagram and supporting statement
• Proactively liaise with stakeholders to gather and translate and analyze requirements/pain points, turns into actionable deliverables
• Lead and implement the vision and strategy by adopting new technology and delivery model with Agile, and DevOps to identify working opportunities on innovation
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management as needed
• Provide regular progress updates, sharing of best practices and lessons learned to stakeholders
• Willing to deep dive into details and roll up your sleeves to remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments

• Degree holder in Business Information, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering solutions across multiple Division and Departments
• Knowledge in Generative AI and LLM is big plus
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, proactively find out what is required to make progress
• Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise or Financial Institutions is highly preferred
• Scrum related certified (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP / SAFe related) is highly preferred
• Good understanding and experience in DevOps and tools stacks such as JIRA, Confluence, Katalon, etc.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
