Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user acquisition, activation and retention. Work on increasing the active rate, repeat and retention strategies
• Lead and develop annual planning and strategy for user growth. Coordinates and directs strategic resource team.
• Manage marketing campaigns and create systems to evaluate and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate growth strategy.
• Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology.
• Manage reporting and analytics, providing executive summaries.
• Set and manage budget for growth and related projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work-experience
• Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you
• A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Strong communication skills, a good team-player.
• Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
