Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the Bank
- Organize recruitment campaigns and contract signing sessions regularly
- Coordinate interviews, selection activities and contract signing sessions for the teams
- Comply strictly with the internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle administrative tasks and prepare reports, contracts and relevant documents
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Experience in sizable company in Administration and Human Resources aspects will be preferred
- Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Immediate available will be an advantage
