Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial services to the Senior Management, and participate in the drafting of various documents including speeches, meeting minutes, briefings, etc.
  • Organize, coordinate and implement meetings and various administrative activities of the Office .
  • Responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the Bank’s general affairs
  • Render supporting services to the Senior Management’s public offices’ duties
  • Assist in arranging important bank-wide meetings and events  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above or relevant
  • 5 years of relevant working experience, Prior experience in general administration in banking industry is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a highly level of dedication
  • Be a quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to different work tasks
  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking as well as the ability to summarize and refine; good Chinese communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and other office software; strength in creating PowerPoint presentations is a plus
  • Professional background in economics, finance, financial management, etc. is preferred
