Responsibilities:       

  • Participate in manpower planning and formulating people development initiatives/ strategies, and to draft reports, policies and proposals
  • Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, employee relations and other HR matters
  • Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline
  • Participate in assigned HR projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in human Resources / relationship management, with solid HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Southeast Asia
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
  • Strong foundation of writing expertise with extensive experience in proposal and policy writing
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
