Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and data analysis required for business planning and strategy formulation of the Department.
  • Prepare reports and presentation material on business planning and strategy of the Department for review by the management.
  • Assist the management in monitoring implementation progress and performance of the Department versus the business plan and KPIs.
  • Participate in projects of business optimization and other ad-hoc initiatives as required by the management, and take an active role in providing recommendations and driving implementation.
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports for daily operations of the department, and review departmental procedures in this regard.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferred with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
  • At least 2 years banking or financial industry working experience, preferably in corporate banking or credit field.
  • Strong writing skills and able to present ideas in a logical manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent and willing to learn.
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
