Job Duties:

  • Manages BoC Pay App day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth
  • Develops and manages the external and internal marketing plans that support BoC Pay user and business growth and including user engagement optimization
  • Collaborates with internal teams by assisting with and providing strategy, direction and input towards the development of campaigns materials that support business growth
  • Plan & implement media engagement initiatives
  • Identifies, secures and/or negotiates marketing opportunities that increases and maintains the share of voice of BoC Pay
  • Cultivates, manages and contributes to the success of internal cross-functional teams and relationships within User/Merchant Growth, IT, Finance, Customer Segment, Legal, senior leadership and others
  • Proactively problem solves and enhances the user experience

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing, media marketing, public relations & communications, project management and growth marketing
  • Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to establish and build business relationships
