Responsibilities:
- Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g. Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Identify and evaluate suitable AI vendors for specific use cases, managing escalations to ensure deliverables and timelines are met with excellence.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements
- Highly sensitive to the latest AI trend
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 3+ years' experience relating to analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, at least 1 years of which at managerial level
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred
- Experience and knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings and LLM fine-tuning, involvement in search engine or recommendation system is a plus
- Experience in machine learning model/AI/Generative AI related risk and control governance is a plus
- A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
