Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall management of the credit card product/business management, business planning and strategies and product development in accordance to the overall strategies of the bank
  • Responsible for product innovation, optimization and maintenance including product features, business model, customer experience and business promotion strategies and the daily business implementation
  • Responsible for end-to-end product management, including frontline communication, input for credit policy and approval flow, keep track for channel and card issuance performance
  • Responsible for sales channel management, liaison with card organizations/business partners on business co-operations and business solutions; formulate and execute the business strategies, including customer segmentation, expanding multi-promotional channels and work with the various business units for cross-selling activities, as well as enhance penetration and provide value-added services to the customers
  • In accordance with the Southeast Asia business development strategies, provide advice and support to the related branches
  • Responsible for co-ordination of the optimization of customer experience, product digitalization and focus on enhancing the customer satisfaction of on-line experience
  • Work with the second and third-line units so as to ensure the business operations, policies and flows complying with the related rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelors or above
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in credit card business, with at least 7 years of management experience, and solid experience in project management
  • Possess innovative mindset and good team spirit; capable of knowing and understanding customer needs.
  • Familiar with banking practices of credit card business and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
