Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular compliance reviews and internal compliance trainings
  • Perform compliance-related checking and self-assessments to ensure comply with the regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and update the internal compliance-related policies, procedures, guidelines etc. in accordance with the Compliance Dept request、the local laws and regulations and the market practices
  • Communicate with Compliance Dept and operation team for the compliance requirements
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Banking & Finance / Risk Management / Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes / operational risk management / compliance-related field would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of local regulations, e.g. Banking Ordinance, Code of Banking Practice, Code of Conduct, etc.
  • Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
