The beachfront resort is part of the sustainable resort destination of Costa Navarino, a well-established tourism destination which includes 3 other resorts. It comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.
Scope of Position:
The IT Assistant is responsible for the administration and monitoring of the hotel’s IT resources, provides IT support to internal staff and hotel guests, manages and supports hotel applications, performs preventive maintenance and oversees the software and hardware asset management for the hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive Summary
- Day to Day Colleague IT Support. Second Line Guest Support.
IT Support Management
- Daily Guest & Colleague Support
- Assist with IT Routine Task List
- IT Issue Troubleshooting
Audio and Visual
- Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance
- Support for Meetings & Events
Project Management
Cyber Security and Compliance
- Security Operation Tasks Follow Up
Competencies:
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time properly
- Customer centric mindset and ability to support guests as required.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Knowledge of the technology used in the hospitality industry will be an asset
Qualifications / Experience:
- EU passport or Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece
- Two years experience as IT Professional
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility - Adaptability
