As a Sommelier you will need to:

• To perform all duties related to restaurant opening and closing.
• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Akira Back venues.
• To ensure that mise-en-place levels are kept to standards.
• To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• To recommend and serve wine and other beverages to hotel and guest requirements.
• To ensure that all beverages are correctly charged.
• To ensure that all beverages are stored securely.
