The Steward responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily dishwashing and cleaning of the F&B outlets stewarding area that they are assigned to. He/she must ensure that all equipment placed at the dishwashing point must be washed via the dishwashing machine to the highest cleaning and Disinfecting standard or by hand if necessary. The same applies if he/she is assigned as the pot washer on duty. At the end of every meal operation he/she must change the dishwashing machines’ water tanks with clean water and clear the filter baskets of debris in order to be ready for the next meal period’s operations. He/she is to sweep and mop the kitchen floor at the end of each meal period operation as well. He/she is also responsible for the clearing of the garbage bins in the kitchen that he/she has been assigned to. He/she will also prepare operating equipment required for all F&B events and the maintenance of operating equipment specifically dipping and polishing.
