Overview of Position
It is the mission and intent of the In Room Dining Server that the incumbent will provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, to ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond the expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences.
The In Room Dining Server will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received per the Coordinator. The incumbent should be able to anticipate guests' needs and address them accordingly in order to provide guests with a delightful experience. Additionally, the In Room Dining Server should maintain a clean work environment and help keep the In Room Dining area organized as instructed by the management team.
The In Room Dining Server reports directly to In Room Dining Manager.
Requirements
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.
• Must be detailed oriented, excellent computer skills necessary.
• Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are necessary.
• Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.
• Able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
