The main focus of your job will be:

• Creation and maintenance of floral decorations in public areas of the hotel, guest rooms and restaurants.
• Preparing and arranging flowers for special events, weddings and VIP events as requested by guests.
• Working with the manager and other departments to ensure the visual standard of the hotel.
• Caring for flowers, including ordering, tending and proper storage.
• Ensuring a consistently fresh and inspiring environment through floral arrangements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the areas designated for floral arrangements.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and aesthetics in all aspects of work.

What we expect from you:

• Min 2 years experience as a florist, ideally in a high standard environment such as a luxury hotel or major social events.
• Excellent knowledge of flowers and plants, including seasonal and exotic species.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, a flair for colour and composition.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks under tight deadlines.
• Independence, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability and flower care, including proper storage and handling.
• Team spirit and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of the English language an advantage but not a requirement.
