Wir suchen einen/eine F&B Supervisor für das Mandarin Oriental Palace in Luzern!
Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.
Als F&B Supervisor werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:
- Führung Ihres eigenen Teams sowie von reibungslosen und gastorientierten Arbeitsabläufen im Restaurant in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses
- Training Ihres Teams
- Fachgerechte Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste
- Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
- Einhaltung und Sicherstellung unserer hohen Standards im Service
- Vermittlung aktueller Angebote in der Abteilung und im gesamten Haus
- Verantwortung für die korrekte Abrechnung Ihres Bereiches
- Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und der Sauberkeit im Rahmen der HACCP-Richtlinien
Als F&B Supervisor suchen wir nach:
- Ausbildung im Bereich Restaurant- oder Hotelfach. Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verantwortungsbereich
- Hervorragende Produkt-und Verkaufskenntnisse
- Organisationstalent, Führungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, ein Team von Mitarbeitenden verschiedenster Kulturkreise einfühlsam und mit Disziplin zu führen, sind Grundlage für diese Position
- Kommunikationsstärke, mündlich als auch schriftlich – die Gäste werden sich sowohl mit Beschwerden als auch positivem Feedback an Sie wenden, deshalb sind Sie immer offen und ansprechbar
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, exzellente Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Äusseres sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung
- Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit sowie Teamgeist
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, wünschenswert wären Kenntnisse mit dem Kassensystem Infrasys und dem Buchingsystem SevenRooms
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – zu Ihrer Position gehören Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

We are looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne!
The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests
As F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Leading your own team and ensuring smooth and guest-oriented workflows in the restaurant in close cooperation with all departments of the house
- Training of your team
- Professional advice and customer care for our guests
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Complying with and ensuring our high standards of service
- Communicating current offers in the department and throughout the house
- Responsible for the correct accounting of your area
- Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines
As F&B Supervisor we are looking for:
- Vocational training in the field of restaurant or hotel management. At least 2 years of professional experience with responsibilities.
- Excellent product and sales knowledge
- Organisational skills, leadership and the ability to manage a team of staff from a wide range of cultural backgrounds sensitively and with discipline are the basis for this position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - guests will approach you with both complaints and positive feedback, so you will always be open and approachable
- High quality awareness, excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
- Expressiveness, open-mindedness and team spirit
- Good IT skills, knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
