Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet our guests and make them feel welcomed in the Resort 

  • Create outstanding arrival and departure experiences in different areas of the Resort, such as Resort main entrance or Resort private dock 

  • Establish special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences 

  • Working alongside the team and our suppliers to create the perfect stay for our guests 

  • Provide assistance and quality service for boat tours and other activities, in collaboration with the Front Office and Concierge teams 

  • Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as Resort facilities, outlets and activities 

  • Act as a guide when guests ask for directions and assist them to their destination within the Resort 

  • Accommodate general and unique requests 

  • Handle internal telephone calls 

  • Diffuse conflicts or tense situations with guests 

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 

  • Perform any other task as deemed appropriate by the management 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experiences in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment 

  • Proficiency in English, Italian and preferably in an additional language 

  • Be professional and willing to exceed guests' expectations with empathy and passion 

  • Excellent communication and organization skills 

  • Able to multi-task, to problem solve and to work well in a team environment 

  • Flexible schedules and working hours plus the availability to work on week-ends and holidays
