We’re looking for a IT Assistant to join our vibrant and dynamic IT team.

As a IT Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Have a solid understanding of workstations, servers and network infrastructure, mostly under Microsoft platforms.
- Provides Hotel Guests and Colleagues with 1st Line technical support
- Assembles and configures network components and associated services
- Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed
- Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and files services
- Upgrades network hardware and software components as required
- Be able to troubleshoot all sorts of IT related issues, both internal and with vendors.
- Communications skills with both guests and colleagues.
As a IT Assistant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful IT Assistant candidate, you must have: basic knowledge on systems integration, Active directories, wiring setups, testing and maintaining the DRP, BCP, HSIA and IRES Systems in the hotel.
