We are recruiting a Assistant Restaurant Manager - SACHI

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure service standards.
  • Assist Manager with conducting daily communication meeting with staff prior to shift
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage to be able to service and up-sell the product
  • Visit all of our guest tables during or after their /drinkmeal, to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all aspects of service to include but not limited to:
    • Food and beverage requirements
    • Timing of events
    • Special attention guests
    • Table setup
    • Special requests
    • Complimentary dessert/ drinks etc.
    • Billing instructions
    • Authorized signatures
  • Assist Manager with the recruitment of new colleagues, training, and development.
  • Assist Manager with the monthly departmental meeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in proper English & French both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent overall communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Training and coaching skills.
  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Prior luxury experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, lots of flair and creativity
  • You will have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards

 Please note this is a full-time permanent position
